    Cook time: 10 minutes

    Easy Recipe

    Serves 2

    Ingredients:

    1tbsp butter;

    1tbsp sesame seed oil;

    4tbsp soya sauce;

    2 wild salmon fillets;

    1/3 broccoli head;

    80g green beans;

    2 pitta breads, cut in half to make pocket pittas.

    Recipe:

    On a chopping board, chop the heads of the broccoli into small chunks and cut off the ends of the green beans.

    In a frying pan, heat the butter until melted. Add the salmon fillets, turning every 2-3 minutes. Once cooked all the way through, turn the salmon onto a chopping board and cut into small pieces. Then pan fry the broccoli and green beans for 3-5 minutes or until they start to go dark green-brown, and mix in the salmon.

    Heat up the pitta bread and cut in half. Fill each pocket pittas with the salmon, broccoli and beans. Serve and enjoy!
