    Extremely Chocolaty Warm Cookie-Brownie

    This extremely chocolaty warm cookie-brownie is perfect for a sweet snack during the day, and is a quick way to whip up a batch of chocolaty cookie.



    Prep time: 15 minutes

    Cook time: 15-20 minutes @180°C Fan/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6

    Easy Recipe

    Makes 15



    Ingredients:

    100g softened unsalted butter;

    150g soft brown sugar;

    2tsp vanilla extract;

    2 eggs;

    150g sieved self-raising flour;

    40g sieved cocoa powder;

    1tsp sieved baking powder;

    100g dark chocolate chips


    Recipe:

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C Fan/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and line a baking tray.


    2. Cream 100g softened unsalted butter and 150g soft brown sugar until light and fluffy. Then beat in 2 eggs and 2tsp vanilla extract.


    3. Sift in 150g sieved self-raising flour, 40g sieved cocoa powder, and 1tsp sieved baking powder. Stir in 100g dark chocolate chips.


    4. Spoon the mixture evenly onto a baking tray.


    5. Place in the oven at 180°C Fan/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes or until they can easily come off the baking tray.


    6. Best served warm, or leave to fully cool!
